The saddest part of this to me is that the guy paid his dues in Federal prison, got out and is holding a job. Not welfare, not handouts of any kind. Some stupid bitch jumps the counter, runs after him and he gets something to defend himself with. He is charged with unlawful possession of a weapon? It was a pipe or stick and he only "acquired it" off of the floor at McDonald's, his employer in self defense.
