is it very far off, that the whole thing was also used to make experiments on the patients? since there is no real cure, anything could be given... for a try. they live ok, they die... nobody wonders.
since the whole HIV story was a hoax, the majority of doctors must have understood it. just as they know that 95% of cancer patients do not survive the chemo therapy, but still push them to go for it. though there are far better chances to survive without it.
