Most processors have this functionality built in so your motherboard can read it directly. Which processor are you using? Try reading your mobo manual to see how it polls the temps of your processors. My bios lets me determine how to display it or change the fan speeds if needed. If yor mobo doesn't support this,try speed fan. btw- No sw tools are as accurate as hw tools, so for true temps you need a thermocoupler.
