She seems "sensative" to whats going on in the world.

Try a Quiet dim room, warm, humid..candles with some calming nature sounds...like the ocean, rain etc...

See if she can meditate and calm.

This was ME Friday and Saturday, and I'm also very "sensitive" like her. I recommend prayer, and also talking to someone, especially someone who can make you laugh. Getting out in the sunlight and fresh air may help. As for the headache, massage/squeeze the area of the hand that webs between the thumb and first finger - if it hurts, it's helping. Some chammomile tea may soothe the nerves. I also highly recommend Rescue Remedy, it does wonders. Here's a link:

I was going to suggest looking into Taurine, suntheanine and Inostiol. Rescue remedy may have some of those properties in it as well.

I also suspect if she is "sensitive" she needs to refresh.... meditation and or clearing the mind - no thought. Essential for those that pick up other sensory stimuli.

I find hot baths with aromatic oils and tibetan salt work well to clean the body's magnetic/auric field. Also infra-red saunas are wonderful too. (Or any kind of sauna or sweat lodge kind of thing. Those shamans knew a lot when it comes to dealing with these kinds of energies) If she is an empath or sensitive, it's easy to pick up on all of the negative "flak" flying around (it's really intense at the moment), so it's important to keep your own field as clear as possible. Music, walks in nature, - all are really helpful. Personally, I'd avoid the stuff big pharma doles out - it only makes these kinds of things worse. Hope this helps - in any case it will do no harm.

Yes, indeed. But this also depends on occasions where beings were visible in our bedroom... lucent blue and shine white ones (on different nights). One night she even got tossed 180°deg in her bed and another night she awoke with bloody hands without any injuries - strange stuff is going on sometimes.

YES! The anxiety increased in the past days. Still hoping that this phase will have an end, soon.

These "beings" are in fact demons manifesting as with all respect i had the very same problems for 18months as i was nearing my end of searching for the answers of life etc. I had been into research of new age, occult and all other doctrines and Jesus is the only way. Your wife just needs to ask Jesus into her heart, repent of her sins of touching witchcraft and then if she can do this she can get deliverance from these evils spirits. It works !!

I understand what she is going through, I have been dealing with this often and so has many of my friends and colleagues. Find something funny and laugh, try to get hysterical (Youtube is good for this). The idea about walking at night is a good one also, it is good for grounding and I think it some how helps me download the new frequencies. Just allowing yourself to accept how you feel and to let it pass through. The changes are picking up in pace so it is best to ride the wave.

All hints are very helpful.
Regarding relaxation, medtitation and grounding I totally agree and also feel very comfortable with these suggestions.

Most of the time external events from "outside" (other ppl, children, so on and so forth) are breaking in like waves so to speak; trying to suck all energies until one is totaly emptied. Each and every day. Sometimes we ask ourselfs if this is just coincidentally or somehow planned. And know, this might sound strange. But the ones who know what I am talking of are likely to agree ...

Have her wear white or colors but not black.

Same thing with the colors in your home.

Try artwork with some bright colors and a white pen.

Get lots of vitamin C.

Some very strong green tea might help a little bit, too. Try Good Earth green tea with Jasmine. :)

+ 1 on the the calm walks and praying and meditation. Tell her just to embrace the feelings. A lot of us are feeling the same way she needs to think of it in a positive way. It's a change for the good. Prayers sent her way!

The anxiety/depression should decrease with the amino acids I mentioned above. It is all natural and should provide relief quickly and even better over the following weeks.
