Louisiana prohibits residents from using cash when buying, selling secondhand goods
(NaturalNews) If you buy or sell secondhand goods and live in the state of Louisiana, you can no longer use legal tender to complete such transactions. Ackel & Associates LLC (A&A), a professional law firm, explains that House Bill 195 of the 2011 Regular Session (Act 389), which was recently passed by the state legislature and signed into law by Gov. Bobby Jindal, prohibits anyone who "buys, sells, trades or otherwise acquires or disposes of junk or used or secondhand property [from entering] into any cash transactions in payment for the purchase of [such items]."

Besides prohibiting the use of cash, the law also requires such "dealers" to collect personal information like name, address, driver's license number, and license plate number from every single customer, and submit it to authorities. And the only acceptable form of payment in such situations is a personal check, money order, or electronic transfer, all of which must be carefully documented.

Great Post Op !

More Goverment BS & the Republicanis wanted this Governor to run for POTUS..........

If you think the Feds will come and save you from this Law spreading to your State, Think again.

The Feds only stop State laws that don't benefit them. The Feds will soon make a statement to the effect that They dare not enter into telling states what they can do.

While in the mean time Feds shut down the State licensed medical marijuana distributors. Why? Because the States are infringing on the Feds Drug running profits.

I have said it before and I will say it again... All of us are in danger of dying at the hands of the 4th Reich...

A Little History on this use of Words

The definition of Reich is "German State", and in this definition the word "German" is not related to what is today the Country of Germany, but in an ancient meaning the Germanic Lands.

The First Reich, was also known as The Holy Roman Empire (a continuation of the Roman Empire in Europe), that started in the lands ruled by Charlemagne (Germany, Austria, Eslovenia, Switzerland, Belgium, Netherlands, Belgium, Czech Republic, eastern France, Northern Italy and western Poland), with a period beginning on the 9th century and finishing in the 19th century.

The Second Reich, also known as The German Empire, ruled by the Hohenzollern dinasty, in the areas known as Prussia and Brandenburg, from 1871 to 1919, they fell with the ending of World War I. During this Reich the "Iron Chancellor" Otto Von Bismark united Germany, and set the roots for World War I.

Then there was a period known as the Weimar Republic, from 1919 to 1933 (called sometimes the pre-3rd Reich).

The Third Reich (from 1933 to 1945), called the Nazi Germany, was under Hitler control. He called it the Third Reich because he thought that under his leadership Germany could reunite the old Holy Roman Empire, bringing Germany back to its glorious days. This Reich was terminated with the fall of Germany at the end of World War II.

Now... if you don't think the 4th Reich OWNS YOU.... have a look at this....

Did you know that the NYSE (NEW YORK STOCK EXCHANGE) IS NOW OWNED BY THE GERMANS?

What? You want a Link ? Ok... Here you go... [link to www.usatoday.com]

Right from your own beloved USA Today !!! How Ironic.... How Orwellian...

Look you guys... I have been squawking about these things coming for years. I am damn surprised I am still breathing....

You may write me off as a lunatic fringe, but one thing you will never be able to say about me is that ...."I failed to warn you."

Your Children or at least your Grand Children will grow up in the 4th Reich... That should chill you to the bone.

I think it will be difficult for them to enforce.

But what maybe more important to ponder is this... it gives them another reason to arrest who ever they please and take their property.

Also... as other states start to conform to this, it will be a stepping stone law so that cash all together becomes illegal.

I would support any Sheriff who would arrest the Governor and those who voted for this bill.
