You are drunk on your scientific knowledge which falls far short in terms of true universal & cosmic knowledge. Astroslut is a bad scientist anyway. Science was intended to enlighten and catch glimpses of the truth, not dictate truth. Science, like it's brother, religion, has a lovely and dignified origin. Both were pursuits of enlightenment. Well that is before they were made into shackles instead.

Astroslut, either intentionally or unintentionally beats up on bad theories of possible scenarios, so people will stop looking in a direction that may alter his sense of superiority through knowledge.

His own tightly held religion of astronomical sciences says a binary is highly likely. Perhaps not a destructive one named Nibiru, but perhaps in a more benign form or destructive in a different way than the Nibiru theories.

He is a sad person....instead of asking questions about the universe with all of his knowledge, he beats up on people theorizing. Scientists theorize, evangelicals preach and seek superiority.

This make so much sence I also watch how they blocked Sirius

This video shows the connection between the Dogon peoples' understanding of Sirius, and the cosmologies of the ancient Egyptians.

This is fascinating research, and can perhaps aide in a better translation of ancient Egyptian texts than what is currently accepted today.

Anyone who has done any research about ancient Egypt knows that the authoritative voices on Egyptology today are full of occlusive shit. They wish to hide this information.

These Egyptologists actually claim that the Egyptian scribes made spelling and clerical mistakes on TOMBS and EPITAPHS repeatedly. They o on to explain to us, after this assertion, what the glyphS were actually meant to say instead. Whatever would we do without their astute corrections?

They also claim that the Egyptians had no concept of how to paint people with both left and right feet and hands, in their carvings and artwork.

Let me get this straight--the Egyptians can build a sphinx to scale, perfectly within the confines of Pi and the golden ration--but FAIL to capably execute a carving depicting a man with left AND right appendages?

These Egyptologists would have us believe that these people--capable of creating pyramids that cannot be replicated today--were too STUPID to get the spelling and grammar correct on their BURIAL EPITAPHS and TOMBS?

Let me preface this post by saying I'm of the mind that ancient civilizations were a lot smarter than we give them credit for.

With that said, I was pretty interested in this post. Until Astromut started posting. Then I saw the prevalent mentality of New Age thought and pseudoscience rear its ugly head.

Well done, Astromut, there are those of us reading that still (at least to some degree) rely on rational thinking. Thanks for the info.

Why do I invest my time reading through conspiracy theories and fringe science subjects? Because I have an active imagination and they interest me, on the outside chance that one of them might be true. Then again, I hate investing my time because so many proponents of fringe subjects portray themselves as lunatics.

These subjects are all fine and dandy, but for some reason you guys don't seem to understand that once you start talking about binary starts and quantum physics you are going to come into contact with people who have spent their LIVES studying and working in these fields. When you start spouting off fantastical ideas based off theories examined WITHIN THE REALM OF SCIENCE you are going to be subject to scientific inquiry.

I know, I know. Mainstream scientists are brainwashed, puppets of the "establishment." They don't know all of this cosmic, universal knowledge which can be learned through 10 hours of Youtube videos.

Science doesn't "dictate the truth." Science isn't even about discovering the truth. It's about pointing to what's most likely true by discovering what is NOT true.

There seems to be an overwhelming certainty throughout this thread that the Dogon tribe has a whole shitload of ancient celestial knowledge. How do you know that? Did you go there? Did you ask them? Or did you read about it on the internet from some guy who read it from some other guy who watched it on TV?

You heard it from someone who read a book by Robert Temple who read a book from some French anthropologists, who had to go through an interpreter just to communicate with the Dogon. This is the ONLY source. Why are all of you so ready to believe this particular source? Why is anything else that contradicts this ONE source thrown out with the bathwater? It doesn't make sense.

Of course, then the popular response would be, "Well, I don't care what you think. That's what I believe."

That's fine, I haven't been to Africa to speak with the Dogon either so I can't disprove you. But you have to realize that you are starting with a conclusion and working backwards, and simply refusing to acknowledge the plethora of information that doesn't match your preconceived notion of the truth.

To see how quickly everyone mobilizes so quickly against one dissident... that's some hardcore herd mentality right there. Astrobutt, Astroslut, Astrosnob.
