Raleigh NC is home to Duke Power.
I'd say it's a new leak nearby.

yeah, she says in the vid that the jetstream at this time would take anything from fuku up towards western Canada area.

How crazy that stuff like this happens all the time and it's never known.. I live in NC, and was out in the rain today b/c I forgot an umbrella..

YAY!,, Luckily, My young son hasn't been outside in any rain or anything. And we wonder why Autism, Cancer, you name it is on the rise. The gov't doesn't care, they'd rather shut it up.
