Meaning that one would only belief little of themselves as a result of living in a world where they have been ripped to shreds and knocked down off of every hieght that they reached. Positive reinforcement is the key. Building up the power that is inside of each person to reach the heights that they are indeed capable of reaching. There is nothing that you cant do and advancing there is done many ways. The riddles simply being one form or method to take. The journeys are not mandetory but they are available to anyone who wishes to work for it. It tastes so much better when you earn it and it builds up your confidence when you succeed.
