Alright guys! i have a question can you please answer! is it normal for cars to be selling for around 1000-1500 dollar range? and has any of you bought car with in this range that still working fine?

Also breif how do you go about selling a car like does the buyer need to sign any papers? like how do you take over ownership of it The title has to be signed by both parties and then go to the license branch to make it legal...you'll pay a bit of tax on it and they mail the new title in your name to you... alright thanks
