Quoting: Anonymous Coward 3492880i tried both. and the extract, is the active ingredient that has all the supposed benefits. to be honest, i think it was about 200x what you'd get in a clove. i have also tried garlic oil. theres nothing i haven't tried. as i keep saying, i mean what i say when i say i have tried everything. 10k dont buy you a bag of peanuts.. buys every product off the shelf from chemists and health shops. i've tried everything.
