For those of you who can hear the high frequency tone(s)...

Not me. I don't have any of the symptoms listed there. The thing that most seem to ignore, is that this started happening to people in droves, about 2 years ago. More so in people who often spend time in deep meditative state, have psychic sensitivities, or experienced in paranormal phenomena. I started noticing it myself in 2009.

I am a moderator of a paranormal forum and people would randomly mention this strange ring or frequency, which lasted maybe a second or two, had definable starts and stops and, varied in "volume."

Almost like a radio station that would fade in and out.

It became SO frequent in fact it was looked at as a generally accepted milestone for proof of raising ones vibrations and everything that entails.

I wrote this thread a few weeks ago. Interesting correlation. December 2009 sounds right on the money for me as well. Started to get VERY noticeable by the END of December.I will see if I can go find my old threads onmy other forum to pinpoint the date more accurately.

I was waking up mega early hearing this loud reverbarating hum and thought tinnitus... But around noon, it would stop. Being the ever curious soul I am, I began asking questions. The quarry near me was firing up crusher runs for a city project before they opened... Mystery solved. It never woke me up again.

But the sounds some of us hear aren't medical in nature. There's a resonance factor with the earth that those with low frequency "feelers" can hear. There's also an EM whine that goes away when the power goes out even for a minute. Also, I think the pineal gland creates some noise, too... I notice at night when I lie down and go liminal, the state between sleep and wake, I'll hear what sounds like the ocean and I'm landlocked. The weirdest thing is the pineal POP! I thought there was a bug one night after I'd been meditating, lmao. Then I tasted it, like my body released something in my saliva. I've always equated it with soma... but who knows? Does anyone know what I'm talking about? I've googled it and got nothing, lol.

I have had this same ringing in my head since I was little I am 56 now and it is a continuous ringing in my head and some times it get's very lowed I don't know if it is connected to earth quakes or CME's I never really tried to figure it out, probably because I am so us to it. for the last few years I have been paying much more attention to it now.

Oh and zinc supplements work wonders for both tinnitus and meniere's. Make sure you consult with your doc about it since small amounts are all you need.

I've been having these for years as well. Mine also feel like a pressure gradient. The only way to describe it *and it's not a very good comparison* is like when you are going up or down a very large mountain and your ears plug up. When I start hearing the tone it is generalized to one ear and that pressure feeling generally accompanies it--but just to that one ear. Just my $.02

Almost inaudible at times but the frequency feels like it's warping spacial density for a moment. Sometimes painful, sometimes modulating.

You ever get the strange pressure, then a simultaneous and LOUD POP(!) on the ceiling just above your head or crown chakra? The pop follows me as well dependent on where I am sitting or laying but always manifests on the ceiling above my head.

Oh yeah... but the thing I wonder, do you ever feel your mouth flooded with the sweetest thing you've ever tasted after followed by a glowing peace that wraps you in stillness? Words are so inadequate to describe it.

Good idea to pay attention. Are you a 'sensitive' (Empath)?

I don't think it is anywhere near the ceiling (personally)...but just above the Crown.

I am very familiar with the 'standard' chakras, but have read some things that speak of other ones with which I am unfamiliar. Anyone have a good source for information regarding the chakras, above and beyond the 'traditional' ones?

I have this all the time. Especially in the lower tones. I've often thought it was diesel engines running outside but I know better. I'm deaf. I can't hear them. I've gone to many different audiologists over the years to be certain I had no hearing and it's not tinnitus. It varies in frequencies and intensities. lately, it's been almost dizzying.

No, not everyone could hear it. I actually returned a new TV to the store because I literally couldn't stand the tone. The staff all stood around and said, "we don't hear anything". They did let me trade it in though.

Very interesting. So you can "hear" it although you are deaf? Or can you just feel it?

It absolutely does vary in intensity, the frequency (for me) is generally the same. Maybe around 13-14 kHz. Really hard to describe.

That only happened to me once, and not really to me, I was doing CPR on my father in law. And that is sort of what it tasted / felt like. Later I wondered if
that was the Death Hormone which i've read about, which floods the body at
the moment of death.

Or perhaps just the opposite, you were totally focused on saving him maybe it was you? Maybe it's life... it doesn't resonate with death at all.

Definitely,pineal pop i've become quite accustomed to. My favorite is the electric body pulse, happens between 3 and 4 am. The pulse feels almost electric, but it flows slowly and can be controlled with focused will.First couple times it was very eerie,but have got to a point where I look forward to it. The pineal headaches were horrible for a couple weeks after I started specific meditations, but are considerably better. One thing I haven't gotten used to yet are the energy pushes received while sleeping, followed by unseen entities that you can sense moving around the room.I always feel as if I'm catching the tail end of something. I have very lucid dreams!I've had three conversations with a middle aged man who I know is my deceased grandfather, and i've even addressed him as grandpa , and he smiles and keeps on talking.I feel as if i've only scratched the surface but am taking it slow, somethings are extremely intense. I would not start any pineal activation unless you know how to ground yourself, and can cocoon yourself etherically. The saliva excretions I can't explain,except that melatonin is produced

Ive had some sort of this sound off and on in various intensities for years. Im considering it may be tinnitus, always seems to be around a 17khz sound as verified by generating a tone at said frequency and I can't hear much if any difference in pitch, but when playing through good headphones the volume does increase so its not that I am exceeding the frequency range of my speakers/headphones.

That said, it sometimes seems the frequencies may be binaurally beat matched, like those brainwave entrainment programs. The ones that start off with say, one frequency in one ear, then slightly different in the other ear, by a few hz, so your brain starts synchronizing at the difference. Ex: Left @ 10000hz and Right @ 10008hz would be an 8hz beat frequency.

I sometimes get the pitch changing similar to the way lights dim during a brown out, that same sort of marginal diminishment in frequency is reminiscent of the slightly dimming lights.

Now...One thing that was rather strange.

Ya know how the anecdote is, "you cannot read while dreaming" ? I've found that to be entirely false over my lifetime, having read many different things whilst dreaming..

BUT ONE MORNING, just as I was waking up, I had the strangest experience:

In my 'head'/visual field while dreaming, I basically was looking at for lack of better term, the rendered presentation of a word processing document. There was no monitor, no paper, just some document I could see. Nothing else but that flat planar surface with text upon it.

I thought to myself, apparently lucid at the time "Hmm I can scroll this and read through it with my brain while dreaming". So I made the page scroll up, then down then up again faster... But, characters started getting VERY blurry and IMMEDIATELY the high frequency pitch got hundreds of times more intense and immediately woke me up.

After abruptly waking up, the tones diminished in a near logarithmic curve, dropping off sharply but still remaining a few seconds longer.

I cursed whatever was causing this.

NIP thinks the body pulsing at night is left over energy from boarding a mother ship,all I know is i've never felt so euphoric and intensely relaxed which makes no sense. Iam still searching for answers
