I agree, I think it's probably just tinnitus. A lot of things can cause it from vitamin deficiencies to noise trauma to blood pressure problems to actual disease (Meniere's) to...they don't know what. It comes and goes frequently. I don't know if it has any meaning beyond that (on a metaphysical level). I think it's just a physical condition.

If only someone could capture a dose of one of these frequency "attacks".

Like your information, I found information that indicates that Tinnitus can be intermittent, or it can be continuous... in one or both ear areas and/or the head area. It seems that it is quite common. Also... stress! I found this also: Tinnitus can also be caused by natural hearing impairment (as is often seen in ageing), as a side effect of some medications, and as a side effect of genetic (congenital) hearing loss. However, the most common cause is noise-induced hearing loss.

I am now researching zinc supplements as well as visiting a ENT doctor. I don't want to mess around with my hearing thinking that it is the environment or any metaphysical advancements just to be on the cautious side. And of course, I am doing some energy healing! ;)

I am grateful for this thread as it gave me the impetus to research something that I was not willing to look into for my own issue.

I've always had ear problems (infections) and I think that combined with my sadly advancing age (well...consider the alternative, lol)...is causing my tinnitus. Sad to say, I don't think it's caused by any metaphysical awakening. Sometimes it's really annoying, most of the time it's just a gentle high pitched whistling sound - a couple of the sounds in the tinnitus sample we were given sounds like it. I'm taking magnesium and vitamin d3 (I had low levels), also some Chinese herbs and acupuncture, all of which I think helped. I do have some small hearing loss, which is common for my age> what was worse, before I started getting the alternative treatments, was the feeling of constant pressure in my ear (and sometimes the rest of my head). the treatments have helped a GREAT deal. Ordinary medical doctors are simply useless with this. I would advise a good acupuncturist or Traditional Chinese Medicine doctor.

Some folks may be experiencing some metaphysical phenomena and I do wonder if mine correlates with some earth changes - would not be surprised - but I think it is mostly my physical condition. To everyone posting, please don't assume it's just a metaphysical thing especially if it bothers you - try a range of treatments for it. It really is probably just tinnitus, as dull as that sounds.

Hey! We can't have all these people realizing they've gained a connection with SPIRIT. We've got to come up with some story to discredit it. I know we'll come up with an ailment called tinnitus and use the medication to dull their senses to this phenomenon.

There are some here that don't have symptoms of tinnitus. No one is discrediting anything as far as I have witnessed. I see people simply sharing and caring - being helpful.

Of course it is not about tinnitus. However, there are several like myself that are questioning what it is that is going on with their body. Could problem solving the issue to determine if there is something physical or not be so harmful to the welfare of our fellow brothers and sisters?

Being thick skulled indicates to me that one has tunnel vision or is not willing to see beyond their own beliefs.

Everytime this type thread gets started which is clearly not about tinnitus it gets sidetracked in that direction. I'm just trying to help avoid that outcome. If people want to discuss tinnitus by all means feel free to discuss it to your hearts content in it's own thread.

Yes, I understand. I only posted one or two posts regarding that. I don't wish to hijack any thread. I did not start out here commenting with that declaration - tinnitus. I came to that possible conclusion as you may read from a previous post of mine. It was a problem solving issue for me and I am highly grateful

heard it yesterday, does seem like it comes from the inside. Like deep inside my ear. I have a feeling it has to do with Solar Flares.

This is why I bumped this thread. Please listen at 3:50. Is this what you all are hearing as well? Do any of you who hear this tone resonate with the sound on the video?

I have heard that noise (buzz) for as long as I can remember. As a child, when the wind would calm, ahead of a summer thunderstorm. I would tell others around me, "It is so quiet, I can hear the electricity in the air'. It wasn`t until last year that I found out others don`t hear the same sound when it gets quiet.
Something has happened in the last year though, and it has gotten much louder. Like described in a earlier reply, it is like the buzz coming from an old TV.
I hurt my back last year when sledding with the kids, after my sled went airborne, so I suspect the increase noise has come from the bang I took after hitting the ground. Shook loose some marbles too, cause I have been on this website ever since.
But then again, I am not sure exactly when the buzz has gotten louder, so I have considered it could be coming from other sources. I hear the earth is making a differnt tone from within. I would be interested to hear what her sound is. Anybody have a link???

yes, since at least 2009...it hardly ever goes away, and atmospheric changes do not alter it...so i've pretty much grown use to it. i'm never sick.

nothing that i've read seems to relate to this phenomenon; i've started to wonder if it's not just an ability to hear the frequency of my blood, or, dna...something like that.

it is odd, eh?

i would like to add this, though...i am very much at peace. although i've never really pondered the resonance aspect of this, maybe this is why i feel so awestruck. makes me wonder.
