Chemtrail pondering

As I was going for a run today with my kid in the jog stroller I started to come upon the thoughts of chemtrails as I saw them refilling the sky due to the wind blowing. As I finished my run I remembered someone mentioning how you can see the vibration or wavy look in them or in the clouds. It got me thinking since Chemtrails came along in the 90's or thereabouts. What else did?

Cell phones. What if these sprays that carry conductors aluminum and the like are to increase efficiency or reception on these devices and of course today digital TV, etc.

What if your humongous cell phone taxes are funding this? It would make sense it is so profitable to many parties no one would want the information to come out. It's a huge profitable industry around the globe. Take the fellow in Mexico who became ultra rich due to cell phones(I don't recall his name).
