The press and the repubitards will never support Paul. Because of that, he is not electable. If he won the nomination, they would just fake the vote. When your own party wont support you, you have a zero percent chance.

Ron Paul wants to eliminate all
Fed Student loans.

That means all you young folks
out there will NOT be going to college.

Only the rich will go to college
and get an education.

Welcome to minimum wage labor
for the rest of your life.
And NO Social Security.
He is against that as well.

I will not be voting for Paul
if he was the only candidate
running.

This isn't about gold or even Ron Paul; this is about rigged elections and having candidates pre-selected for us. It's the apathetic attitude like yours that got us into this situation. If we held our leaders accountable all along, we wouldn't be in this situation.

This race is going to come down to Rick Perry and Mitt Romney because that's who "they" want in the race. Do you think they are going to let the little people actually decide an election? Fat chance.
I only believe half of what I read and even half of that is bullshit.

Let me ask you a question. What would happen if the general population in America, especially high school graduates, boycotted colleges? What if people decided the cost of tuition was a rip off, and they were not going to pay for the service? Do you think all of the colleges around the country will be satisfied with zero enrollment? Not likely. College is a business, and like all business they would have to conform to the expectations and willingness of the consumers. Federal Aid makes it too easy for people to get money and go to colleges. Those who own and run colleges saw this as an opportunity to jack up their prices, since students were so willing to spend it. When the government gets involved with any aspect of a business transaction, the price goes up. Always.

Dear Shills-

It's really sad that you hate our country and your freedom so much. A lot of people died and sacrificed to make this a free country and give you the right to spout disinfo and blatant lies. I despise the federal government that has grown like a weed and the way it is choking the life and liberty from all Americans.

exactly - the gold is gone. into the hands of TPTB. so, just like i said, switch to gold standard and give them any even greater disproportionate ownership.

but we shouldn't think about that. it is fun getting conned, right?

But, if Herman Cain, Mitt Romney or Perry won, it would be front page news on all of their sites. Yet, there is not a single story about the Ohio event, or Ron Paul's victory.
When Cain won Florida, it's all these news sites talked about for 2 days.

This was Ohio's first straw poll, here is an article from last month citing it,

COLUMBUS, Ohio - Republicans in central Ohio say they are making plans for the bellwether state's first presidential straw poll.

The Franklin County Republican Party event will take place Oct. 22 on the campus of Ohio State University.

This is nothing more than a byline. Deflation is not good and free markets produce GDP growth in excess of what the gold industry can manage for the gold stock.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 3664266

Deflation is good. Take anything electronic for example. The myth that deflation is bad was created by bankers who earn there income from ever increasing asset prices while charging interest.

Deflation is natural and should happen when demand goes down. What we have now is an inflationary bubble, the only cure is deflation. The FED will not allow that to happen as bankers would lose money. So we inflate until we hit hyperinflation, then reset and start the stupid over.
