Quoting: DoorBert Wang Yue, aged two, died last Friday, one week after she was hit by two vans in a hardware market in Foshan, Guangdong province. Chinese media reported that two men have been arrested. Security camera footage showing 18 people walking or cycling past her bleeding body, indifferent to her fate, caused shame and outrage in China and prompted questions about whether the country's economic miracle has left a moral vacuum in its wake. And thus, I don't buy anything unless I absolutely need it. And when I do buy, I buy used. I take my stand against China so that my conscience can be clean. Can you say the same? I would venture to say every OWS protester has an iPad made in China. If these OWS protesters wanted real change they would shut up and take action by NOT buying anything made in China. End of story. |
