It's a matter of perspective...you take an unfavorable situation and cry and whine about it...I take the same situation and figure out a way where everybody wins, and usually end up getting paid for it...

Fools that inherit money are usually broke rather quickly...

I've never inherited a dime because my family seems to live forever, even well beyond enjoying life the way they want...

I see a lot of stupid, fat and broke people.

Seems to be a correlation of stupid first, then everything else goes downhill.

Don't think I know any stupid rich people.
I know some fat rich people.

I know some skinny stupid people that manage to work enough to survive without public assistance, therefore not broke.

Seems the majority of those who responded with their status aren't fat or stupid. Some are broke, but that isn't a physical problem, it's a sign of the times. If the economy was where it should be, they wouldn't be broke either.

I'm not fat or stupid. I'm also not in debt. I'm still sorta broke (to my pre-2009 standards) but I am working and making a bit of a profit at the end of the month.

Why, we even splurged on some steaks for dinner last night. Them suckers must have been at least 3/16" thick. Cost us $7.02 to feed 3 of us. Good eatin'! ...NOT!
Gawd, I hate shopping at WM. But it's the only affordable grocery store within 35 miles in any direction. Locally, I can find lots of chicken feet, ham hocks, liver puddin' souse, something under a layer of grease, animal parts I have no clue of, and mac & cheese. 1 cheap T-bone was over $12.00 at WM. The rest had more fat than meat.

Good beef (steak)? not since we moved from out West.

Should people have to be forced to work 10-12 hours a day, 7 days a week just to support themselves? Some have to work so much they can only have one hour to prepare and eat dinner, and at least 8 hours of sleep in a 24 hour period?

I'm not talking about sitting at a desk job and going to the gym after work, I'm talking about hard physical work.

What an awful existence to be forced to work 10-12 hours a day, 7 days a week just to be able to buy enough food and enough fuel, rent, etc.

Is this what we are supposed to do with our only life? Work, work and more work for peanuts?
