I GOT A SUNBURN IN 10 MINUTES OF BEING OUTSIDE, HIGH UV 10/25 NORMAL ?????????

LAYING OUT WITH MY QUEENSLAND HEELER PUPPY AND OUCH IN TEN MINUTES TOTALLY RED. I MEAN NO CLOUDS, BUT I NEVER REMEMBER GETTING BURNT AT THIS TUME OF YEAR. ooops caps lock\\

Anyhow with all the nutty sun stuff going on with the auroras last night and the CME's maybe linked or whatever, even the dog was panting within a few minutes of being outside, it stung on the skin.
