Anonymous Coward User ID: 2364584 United States 10/25/2011 09:22 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | NEVER buy meat that is marked "Halal" from Costo & elsewhere. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1426025 So says a cattle commodities broker. One of the things that Halal kill plants are notorious for is putting already dead animals in the human consumption line. They will go pick up a dead cow off of a farm or ranch and instead of putting it in their rendering tank where the resulting "tankage" is worth pennies on the dollar as pet food or industrial products, they will shackle the dead animal on the normal kill line and process it as human food which is the highest dollar product. Since Islam teaches dishonesty (taqiyyah) and no regard for one's neighbor, this kind of sickening behavior is standard. snip see rest on Snopes rated as "undetermined". You have NO IDEA what taqiyyah really is. At least check the wiki page before you makebsuch outlandish remarks!!! Taqiyyah doesn't mean you are dilberately allowed to lie to a non-believer, you're only allowed to lie if your life is in great danger and EVEN THEN SO its discouraged. Islam definitely does NOT teach us tovbe dishonest. It seems your religion taught you to be judgeful though. May Allah guide the ignorant |

Thor's Hamster User ID: 29656734 United States 12/12/2012 01:28 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | You want to see a real conspiracy? Look at the food and drink you buy. Nearly ALL of it has a "K" or a "U" inside a circle, both revealing that rabbis have "blessed" the food manufacturing plants. This is nothing less than a jewish shakedown of the American food industry. Rabbis gets paid to come in and "bless" the food manufacturing plants. If the companies don't allow them in (read: pay them), they'll be on organized radical jewry's "sh*t list", and bad publicity will soon follow. (Who owns the media again?) It's no different than what the mafia used to do. Except the mafia, at least, didn't insult everyone's intelligence by pretending they were doing it for religious reasons. These "kosher" designations on our food and drink are even more unbelievable when you realize that jews in America make up less than 2% of the population. Do their numbers coincide with the power they wield in this country? To coin a phrase from an old commercial: You make the call. (IBM/Intellivision). The Kol Nidre states that... "All vows, obligations, oaths or anathemas, pledges of all names, which we have vowed, sworn, devoted, or bound ourselves to, from this day of atonement, until the next day of atonement (whose arrival we hope for in happiness) we repent, aforehand, of them all, they shall all be deemed absolved, forgiven, annulled, void and made of no effect; they shall not be binding, nor have any power; the vows shall not be reckoned as vows, the obligations shall not be obligatory, nor the oaths considered as oaths." Talk about a get-out-of-jail-free card! Is it any wonder there are so many who are defense lawyers? Always looking for self-aggrandizing, exempting loopholes. Summary Answer: Muslim scholars teach that Muslims should generally be truthful to each other, unless the purpose of lying is to "smooth over differences." There are two forms of lying to non-believers that are permitted under certain circumstances, taqiyya and kitman. These circumstances are typically those that advance the cause Islam - in some cases by gaining the trust of non-believers in order to draw out their vulnerability and defeat them. miffed User ID: 44325216 Australia 07/30/2013 06:34 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Someone from America should start importing meat from Australia!!! I worked in a meat packing plant & Halal meat is HALAL meat - live before slaughter. The plant I worked at has that lady from America Temple Grandin ( [link to www.youtube.com] ) who comes over to make sure the cattle are handled as humanely as possible before slaughter. She lays down in the pens & if anything can 'scare' an animal it has to be fixed. Unnecessary adrenaline = bad tasting meat. We don't use pink slime or meat glue & there is plenty of grass fed cattle available. |
