NOT LEGAL ADVISE! hey my account must have been banned because i cant log in, not to mention how i havn't even been able to view the site as my ip was banned most of part of last month. well as promised i got my web cam up and running and started uploading the editing the whole whittier case i had back in april from when i got my bike impounded for the dui then released on a 30 day hold 7 days early for free and with a serious ass kissing from the comander at the rancho chp office 6 days later they got my bike again in santa fe springs chp office that time when i tried to go in for my impound hearing they arrested me for refusing to sign a driving without a license ticket and impounded my car from in front of chp and threw my dog in the pound, and me in la county jail for 60+ day trial & 4 psychological evaluations. i passed them all and was not allowed to be present durring my trial. the only time i was in court was for the jury selection and verdict found guilty of course and im in the process of appealing the case now sort of but this is all jus back ground these video's are from when i went into pomona and got arrested last week and then a week later in westminister i changed tatics on em and decided to just start with the paperwork affidavid's and so forth as you can see in the second video... let me know what you guys think thanks for watching... -christopher of the fleming family [email protected] chris fleming on facebook

NOT LEGAL ADVISE! You cannot revenue a private administrative court into a judicial hearing. Sorry, wrong venue. Of course, since you continue to endorse the Federal Trust by endorsing the Federal Reserve/Bankrupt administrative "legal system". If you have stopped endorsing their voluntary slavery system via the Federal Reserve, you can then go into your OWN venue in the District Court. There is a reason the Mister was arrested and jailed. He voluntarily crossed the BAR and stood on their ship. You are not addressing the COURT, you are addressing the RECORD. There is no reason to address the COURT EVER! The record was perfectly clear and recorded everything that went on, the fact the court could not be addressed is proof of that, why would you go onto their ship when the RECORD already has the facts recorded? You should have walked away right then. If you would have made your "stand" on the public side of the BAR, they would not have taken you into custody, I know because I have done it. NEVER go into their courts (accept by force or threat of it), never assume the Birth Certificate trust was set up for your benefit, it is their property, do not even admit it exits, let them prove it without your help.

I don't, so I learned how they get their jurisdiction (assumed, presumed or otherwise).
