Quoting: Gandhi I know, I'm always hiring. THIS is the straight-up truth. It's exactly the same for me. That's funny. I can't find an employer who doesn't talk down to me, waste my time, and pay me 1/4 of what I need to support myself. Maybe we are a perfect match. Hire me. |

I have a brother who would generally fit into this crowd. The only thing that separates him from me and the other 3 brothers is 15 years and the fact that our father passed away shortly after he was born. We were raised that NOTHING came without work. From an early age that was ingrained in us. He, not so much. He went to college for 4 years and studied film production. Nothing wrong with that, but then became irate when he didn’t land a $100K+ job and the director’s chair fresh out of school. Physical labor to him is like Kryptonite to Superman. Same with many of these folks...and I have sympathy for neither. The instant gratification that too many American's feed off of, and an overblown sense of entitlement have lead to this mindset. I think it was something his professor told him, that it was the biggest trigger indicator. Told me this in the very early eighties, I always remembered it. |

When people aren't working there is no wealth being produced. That's going to cause some longterm problems. |
