Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1312516 what's the problem with that? no controversy.. thats after the 50/50 chance if they got the strain right that year...lol people are vulnerable to flu because they stay indoors more in cold winter months and get less vit d... |

For starters, most people think that "60% effectiveness" means that for every 100 people injected with the flu shot, 60 of them won't get the flu! Quoting: Natural newsThis is not a lie, although if you don't understand math "most people think", then you could be "mislead", as the article sates. If you understand the numbers being compared there is no lie at all.. Good luck, |

Quoting: Lightfeather The flu actually occurs during the cold months because the virus can't survive humid conditions during warmer months. not exactly true...there are flu viruses that do occur in spring months...which are warmer than fall and winter... actually the flu virus is there all year round...it's just more easily transfered from person to person in the winter months....has to do with the way the gel of the virus breaks down... |

A lie involves intent to deceive. You can say only true things yet cause someone to reach a false conclusion. This is a lie. |
