So, you obviously don't get my humor. This was in reference to the OP calling all of us monkeys. I have not waded through even one half of what was written here. This is in response the the much earlier discussion about fiat and how we will never be free. There are communities of people that may not be fully sustainable on their own, but rely very little on the current "fiat." Moonshiners are but only one of these groups.

There is/was also a community of professionals called "The Farm" in TN. I'm not sure if they are still around as it was many years ago when they were introduced to me by a college professor.

So, if you are calling me a reptile you couldn't be further from the truth. Thought a discussion of peoples that don't rely on the fiat might be interesting to the thread. Sorry if I didn't have the time to read the many pages to know of all the responses.
