It's 2:30am and I'm hearing a dog barking, he's been barking for about an half an hour. I live in an apartment complex, and his barking has been non stop. This is not a normal occurance. My question to you guys is when do I call the police? Not to get the owner in trouble but maybe to check out if his owner is in distress.

That's what I'm thinking, I can't determine if it's ggod because I would think the owner would put him at ease or maybe he's in she's in heat I'm perplexed. The owner could be out at a club and don't know.

Quoting: amplified2 I don't know what building it is. That's how loud he is barking, I could be putting myself in danger if something is dire. I have to be safe to help others, I'm contacting the police, I would hope the eight families living in his building would go check.
