While showering, put about 2 tablespoons of baking soda into your hand and mix in a tiny bit of water until it's a paste. Rub the mixture gently all over your scalp.

Then rinse your hair with 1/4 cup of ACV mixed with 3/4 cup of warm water. Let it sit on your hair for a few minutes if you want. I always do. You can rinse the ACV out afterwards, or leave it in. I rinse it out for a few seconds and then I'm good to go.

ACV with the "mother", Bragg's brand gets rid of my Gout. 2 tablespoons in a glass of water before and after eating a 16 oz steak will prevent it. Linseed oil and the cider applied to the scalp also works to a degree. My mom told me about it. I grow allot of new hair in my bald spot now , though its very thin.I put the cider on a bit before bed , then put the linseed on before i shower.

I had athlete's feet for several decades. All the expensive creams, etc. didn't work. I read about ACV curing it. What the heck, 1 gal. for a few bucks. Put enough in a plastic container big enough to put my feet in & enough to cover most of my feet, about 1/3rd of it, undiluted. Put in the microwave 2 minutes to heat it up. Soaked my feet in it about an hour, til they were stinging. Let them air dry & left it on overnight. I was stunned at the results. The redness in my feet was almost gone the next morning & the dead skin was just rolling off of it. Scrubbed my feet good & did it for 2 more nights. My athlete's feet is GONE! It hasn't come back. I stopped using shampoo and conditioner because of the chemicals in them and instead just pour about a cup of ACV on my wet hair in the shower and massage it in, and rinse out.

I use my shampoo container for the ACV. My hair is super soft and shiny, and it feels good. And no, I don't smell like ACV. Makes my blondes look brighter.
