Are you taking it for another reason too? I've read it can stop acid reflux.

I have both, and the only thing that helps either of those issues, is to not eat the foods that cause it to begin with. I completely disagree - I HAD both but took a swig of apple cidar vinegar every day for about two months and I am CURED completely! I don't need to take it anymore - I no longer get heartburn EVER - but since I want long pretty hair I just might start taking it daily again!
