I'm an adult female and I read about the many health benefits of organic apple cider vinegar with the "mother" in it. I got a couple of bottles and took a few teaspoons in water daily, and my skin cleared up, and I noticed my ever-shedding hair quit falling out though I hadn't read about that as being one of the benefits. It's also good at killing off yeast in our bodies and other harmful organizms. The store I bought it at ran out, and I need to get some more. My complexion got really nice from it though.
