do you drink it or do you put it on your scalp?

I took it faithfully for 3 months, didn't mind the taste, but didn't connect my hair no longer shedding with it as I hadn't read about that till OP posted this thread. Everyone should try it because it helps so many ailments. I would make sure to get organic with the mother (the brown suspended stuff) as that part contains very healthy amino acids which apparently work wonders. It's great for old sports injuries too that like to flare up. It keeps inflammation in the body way down. Make sure you don't wash your teeth too soon after drinking it. It's very acidic. it's not "very acidic", only about 5%. Also, it can be put directly on the scalp. In fact, many homemade shampoos are made with raw ACV as an ingredient. The shampoo I buy from Moroccan Method is actually a raw ACV-based shampoo and it's the best I've ever used. Why do people give out bad info on this site? Damn. Added to warm water it makes a good rinse. Instead of vinegar you can also use lemon juice.
