Interesting you mentioning that OP cause the same question went through my mind yesterday. I don't know, but it is clear he is a major prophet. I have examined the arguments of those who say he is false, and there accusations do not stand up. He seems very humble and accurate, two important markers, so until I see otherwise, I do at least consider him a reliable prophet. That is saying alot these days, because the false ones are becoming numerous!

Yes And if I'm not bad to remember there is some verse on Revelations that mentions that they have the power to open or close the skies for raining, during their ministry.

The two wittnesses are going to be Enoch and Elijah. Both were translated directly to heaven without dying. They are going to come back and fulfill their mission and then be martyred for the faith. It is appointed unto to man to die once. (We can talk about the rapture someother time.)

The same as St. John the baptist, Jesus himself called John as Elihaj not because he was Elihaj in the flesh but because God allows John to have the fullness of the spirit of Elihaj as a blend with his own spirit.

How will they be killed after their time is up if they are not flesh?

They have the body, but not the flesh of Elihaj or Enoch.
If Dr. Owuor is one of them, he just need the gift of spiritual blend. Then he will speak with the spirit of Elihaj, like John.

The Bible clearly states that the two witnesses will be Enoch and Elijah.
They never saw death.
They will shut heaven.

I believe Dr. Owour is a prophet of God,

after the abomonation of desolation happens.
Starting the beasts 42 month rule.

If you have the gift to live forever, like Elihaj or Enoch, you will not need to die and resurrect.
This is misunderstood by some churches and preachers.
The gift for Elihaj & Enoch will be the same of the ones that, when Jesus come, were still alive: tranformation.
Not all people will resurrect, some ones will be transformed in their flesh.

Make no mistake Dr. Owuor is one of the witnesses. The other witness will have other signs that follow him like Moses. we will soon see this man also. Seems reasonable to me he will be a Christian Jew represent Israel. As Dr. Owuor represents the church of Christ. One represents the old covenant under Mosaic Law, the other represents the new covenant under the blood of Jesus. Praise be to God we will be with Jesus so soon.
