Saw 19 girls under the age of 12 dressed like complete SLUTS tonight.

We had around 40 kids here, and in all the years, never had any slutty costumes. Although not sure what you are calling slutty, short pixie skirts with leggings isn't for example, slutty would mean heavy makeup and a real street walker look.
It wouldn't have to do with the length of a skirt.

All the kids were pretty normal, witches, vampires, jasons, pirates, princesses, that kind of thing.

The teenagers more or less paint their faces, still nothing odd about the costumes.

I agree if its a real street walker look in a young child that this has nothing to do with sexuality and everything to do with self esteem and self worth. And paying attention to what society is teaching the kids.

Its gorgeous and I still remember childhood and would want to be young enough to look good in that at any age.

And I did notice online only, for the kids, a couple of midriff bearing, type raggedy anne doll outfits that were gorgeous. But not warm enough for outside. I didn't grow up in an area where there were shady women, but did grow up in a non repressive era on a hippy farm so it depends what look it is that is smutty, because I really really don't like anything that tries to control anything any woman could wear except for burka's which its abusive for my sons to see a woman wearing.
