I noticed the names like Orlov are named after Royal Noble Families..

It's intentionally photoshopped to look photoshopped. Blur is obvious. If they really wanted to cover something up they would have cloned pixels from another area and pasted them over what they wanted to hide.

all I know is, I walk my dog in the early, early mornings and I cannot find the moon. And it is clear out. I see all the constellations but no moon.

If so... Why they've blurred it?

i'll agree that it is weird

but it seems to me that if there was anything behind that blur then why release the pic at all? wouldnt it be easier to not release the pic at all then to put a blur in so everyone would assume you are hiding something?

does that tell us anything of motive for name of location
