there is only 3 downsides to bud:

-its illegal in a lot of places. getting caught in places where its still criminalized could be a problem.

-its expensive. if you get decent stuff and smoke daily, you are dropping a decent amount on it monthly. if you cant afford it, that could be a problem.

-it makes doing nothing way too much fun. definitely has an impact of your level of motivation and drive. if you are prone to laziness, that could be a problem.

if you can deal with those issues, i see nothing else wrong with it.
