Just curious what benefits you noticed from quitting?
Also how long after smoking weed did you feel these certain benefits?
And any thing else you can tell me that will keep me motivated to stay clean.
I have to drop some bad habits to progress in my life, and smoking weed is one of them. I've been smoking weed for 4 almost every day. I notice a difference already just after a day of not smoking and I can't wait to see how a feel in a month...5 months...1 year ...ect ..ect.

dude, just stop,Period, and go fill your day with things youd like to do.Start small, walk in parks, the mall shopping with the cash your not burning on shit, and dont restart smoking it. IOts tough for the 1st few weeks, but gets easier as time goes by.If You make the 3 month mark Your on the way to permenant quit.Youll have a few occasions when you think youd like a little smoke, just once, but dont,,be strong and after a year youll never want to go back.
