[googlevid]. I went to church as a little girl , but stopped going at about 10. When I entered my teen years I became a party girl. It was the late 60's early 70's. I dabbled in drugs and alcohol until my son was born in 1972. In 1978 I got divorced got a job in a restaurant. The party started again minus the drugs and I have been drinking ever since. It's a long story but 16 years ago I went back to church, even so the drinking continues till this day. Point is I love The Lord with all my heart. One night my prayer was, Lord please heal me from this addiction. I received an immediate response . I could do that Denise, but I want u to want me more than the alcohol . I was flabbergasted. I had read where people had said they talked to God. Honestly I thought they were nuts. In my heart tho I new this was the real deal. I am still struggling ,but I am convinced that one day I will have victory over this disease. And I will give God all the Glory !!!!!! Amen. Don't ever give up, ever. That is just what Satan wants.
