Very interesting. I haven't heard about this myself untill now, but what I have had happen was I saw for the first time in my life an actual use of the emergency alert system for an amber alert late last night. I also about a week ago received a phone call from the school district where I live that was a test of the emergency call system, or something like that, which in the years I've lived here never even knew existed. Something very strange is going on.
