use your best relaxation techiques you know, maybe walk a bit, which I find helpful to go outside a short time in the middle of the night. I otherwise just meditate my way thru it. There is nothing wrong if you need to take a little of your favorite pain medicine. Usually get thru the nausea without medicine, I don't like the medicine any too well for nausea. I agree it can be well past "discomfort" but it will pass.

Last 2 days with dizziness, and I think the sun went north too fast.

Same here, intense headaches, feeling like energy drain-exhausted, dizzy...etc...just do not want to go out, just want to stay at home and relax the best I can.

The thugs in power, or all dark thugs planet wide?

Most planet wide to my knowledge, but I don't know what the defining criteria is, or the rough percentage. certainly for sure ones n power or who could get in our way, but I know some folks are "thugs" because they cannot get out of situations they got into, so I am sure there is consideration.

There will be the long stasis, but we need for fairness to provide people with an education, long the goal before we end this show and start the new one. It is still desired to let people emigrate voluntarily where possible, and have a lot of fleet contact before then, so they can make some wise decisions, not based on fear.

the planet would be long destroyed before then. But when the planet is repopulated with those staying with this world after stasis, they still have to develop a peaceful mindset. They will govered now by "heaven" as NORMAL planets are from these days of darkness forward. Initially directly, and then they must learn proper government, and so many other issues, be willing to give up money, develop sustainable population, that's a very short list of what they must do. The ascension is still a ways off, because it requires a 5d conscious population.

This happened 20 years ago as to entering the photon belt. this is false new age bling, sorry, but it is. Photons and protons are two different things also, as to spaceweather.com OH those on spaceweather is nothing more than radiation that comes with some CMEs, particularly if a magnetic filament is involved. This is nothing more than that, as it clearly says these are PROTONS which are NOT PHOTONS. Protons are present in the nucleus of all atoms. They can also be free protons, not part of atoms. This is a proton storm, which is common and doesn't mean much of anything.

You try can chewing on a fresh piece of ginger root for the nausea. It is good for all kinds of Nausea even morning sickness and motion sickness. Ginger root is widely avalible in your local grocery store, usually next to the other root vegies like turmeric - also an amazingly healing root. You can also make a syrup if you like out of ginger by decocting (simmering) chopped ginger root for about 30 min to 1 hour or till reduced by half. Ginger gets really spicy when decocting so taste as you go. Mix with local honey for even more healthful benefits. Will coat and sooth- I just do small sips and this seems to help me. People with hot conditions should beware ginger can exacerbate some hot conditions for people with excessive acid reflux or ulcers. I personally have acid reflux and I can handle ginger syrup for nausea. Try at your own risk. :-)

No its not, not until I see it with my own eyes. it wasn't there yesterday. It is already created, and currently is always opposite use from our sun. If it showed on video it would show to YOU. I have a dark glasses system to check on sun jupiter, unless its hugging the sun to close in the corona its not there.

I am in awe at your ability to address the "thugs", without fear. I do not have ships at the ready for protection, only the creator. It would seem the creator allows both and all, is this a reasonably true assessment?

beloved, if you are of gods children, you have guardians, maybe not craft, but you do have guardians and advisors around you. Creator does not protect you directly, he is part of your MIND, he advises you. your guardians provide that stuff of divinity, like that new job you wanted, those sorts of things people think "god" did for them. NOPE your guardians and guides do that. I don't know if you have read the UB, but you may also have midwayers who may assist you from time to time. This is the problem on this planet, the total lack of knowledge of how "god" works. Midwayers are beings between man and angel, thus "midway." They are usually invisible but some may see them,, depending on vision range. they are semi physical, but do not eat, getting nutrition from the atmosphere, light, air etc. many of them went into the Lucifer Rebellion, that we on this planet, and are not here, some were part of that possession game long ago. But a loyal core of them remained and they do all sorts of stuff. Say you really wanted some concert tickets, and they are sold out, you may find yourself getting some anyway to your great surprise.

On Mothers Day I went out with family and there was already a good line. We left the children sitting waiting and went out to lock the car and I needed to have a private conversation not for children. We got to the car and the pager went off and we had a table in a quiet corner, easier to protect us...... children were seated when we got back inside. Our estimated wait time was 15 to 30 minutes. We got a little help as part of my protection.

Those that protect you or assist you in all sorts of divine ways are not visible to your eyes,,but they do incredible stuff. They don't have to be midwayers, many people have guides and guardians who have been friends with them before their incarnation and serving as the invisible help.

Have you ever thought you were maybe going to bite it when driving and your car or the other cars were manipulated in some way and prevented or lessened the accident? Years ago now, I had a car I didn't notice, that was bearing down on me, maybe just drunk or something, and I found my car actually up on the side walk! and I then sensed this car going by. Then I was worried and drove the car back on the road before I hit a pole I saw approaching, and wrecked 2 tires, but the curb was high and 90Degree angle and I did NOT drive my car onto the sidewalk. I was picked up. I never even felt that curb, until I drove back off the sidewalk. At that time I don't think I had craft protecting me, I don't know, it was in 2000, and I was not planning this project then, I was recouping some serious health issues.

Look at your life and see if you can make a list of "divine" things that seemed to happen. all those "coincidences" are rarely coincidences. Just because you can't see them, doesn't mean they are not there. All those times you thought "god" did it.



PS "the Creator" if you mean the FAther of the whole creation, is not so in charge, there are after all 5.6 trillion life bearing planets, plus a lot of heaven worlds. He is only involved with YOU thru your FAther Fragment, which has several roles, advisor, portal to the creations mind when you are ready etc.

All that divine stuff you sense is angels, midwayers and guides. You would not believe how well cared for people are as they progress higher and higher. And on this planet, those here to serve from the higher realms and who have special purpose, get extra as needed.

You see, only 1/2 the people on this world have Father Fragments. And there are still young souls who have not earned a personal guardian angel yet, you have to be 5d conscious/aware to have one assigned just to you alone. Others are subject to group guardians before then. Your personal guardian angel, if you take the journey all the way to Paradise will go with you the whole show and earn paradise also. Mine is here in a craft, same one Esu is usually one, helping me out this time, not so much guarding me, but doing all sorts of things. Her name is Andrea, we are the best of friends after all these at least a million years probably or so. she earned paradise also as part of her work with me. she also has a special job aboard that craft, she is a specialist at resurrection of those whose bodies don't do so well, in the beam me up scotty process.

I have no doubt, whatsoever, about the presence of my guardians or angels as it were. I have been blessed in more ways than I can count. And yet, I had not the sense always to extend my self to others to the fullest.
