That is not altogether true.

There is no such thing as "most powerful" applied in a general sense when it comes to 'natural' chemicals fighting bacteria.

Different bacteria act differently. While grapefruit seed may affect more forms of bacteria, this doesn't mean it is more powerful.

One of the greatest issues facing the natural antibiotics is that most of the bacteria are resistant to them, mostly through 50+ years of misuse of antibiotics grown in the lab.

Then we are also faced with the notion that grape seed extract is 'natural' it is not. Grapefruit Seed EXTRACT is processed out of natural ingredients, so to are many of the prescription strength antibiotics on the market today.

Under the same rules of 'extraction' of the Grapefruit Seed, penicillin is also natural as it is extracted from the Penicillium fungi.

There are only a very few naturally occurring antibiotics in the world. Honey is an example. It is natural and requires no processing in order to use it as an antibiotic.

No extracting, no processing = natural.

If there is extracting, boiling, processing, reducing, concocting, mixing, etc the produce ceases to be natural.
