It's pretty obvious that North America wasn't "settled" by Caucasians or there would be more evidence, a lot more than the Kinsington ruin stone and two 9000 year old Caucasians. In reality they were more likely coming here and trading. There is plenty of evidence to show there were VERY advanced cities around the world that are now under water, complete with sea ports.
