Blacks do commit a heck of a lot more crimes. Blacks have always been oppressed in this country. The ghettos are filled with minorities and many of them are never able to get out of it, or are so corrupted due to their environment that they're just molded into another statistical criminal. Bad living conditions and no money creates frustration, hostility, stealing, and violence. It's mostly stemmed from economical circumstances.
