James 2:8 The devil is in detail: ... neiter more nor less than you love yourself. Yes. I find it is the most difficult thing to accept and forgive those who offend me but I am trying. Gosh, it's SO hard. But that's what makes life so challenging. |

Quoting: megalithicme Yes good point. Its hard to know when to stand up for yourself against others and when not to. Some people at work are taking the piss a bit but I say nothing because a) I'm scared of them and b) I want to rise above the anger I have towards them. Or do I need to rise above the fear and confront them? I'm confused. |

That´s what the quote from the bible is about: eguality for all and everyone, towars you and them. Only then can liberation come, the liberation of your mind first. |

Don´t be a coward towards them BUT know you cannot win anything spiritually by defeating them or giving in to them. That´s an another topic IMO. Spirituality is about one´s self - not "THEM". The goal of spirituality is to get rid of false beliefs about yourself, the false ego. False beliefs lead to wrong doing - is an another issue too. |
