Brisbane is a small city located in the northern part of San Mateo County, California on the lower slopes of San Bruno Mountain. I doubt very much OP meant Australia's Brisbane.  How do we know? He was not very specific Hope he doesn't mean Brisbane Australia either, guess where I live.
