I don;t know about the zombie apocalypse part, but

the ability to alter human mind and emotions with frequency is old- at least the 60's, 70's and probably before. Also electromagnetic fields can be very scrambling to the human or animal bioelectric systems.(and probably to plants. I experienced driving into a field a couple of times and it was horrible. Also the effects just don't just suddenly stop with zero repercussions when you are out of it. Some of us handle these better than others.

By studying EEGs of brainwave patterns, the same patterns can be beamed at someone's brain. Also various organ systems can be targeted, although frankly, it is enough to scramble the bioelectric field and through it the function of autonomic nervous system.- actually the whole nervous system.

Time to work on strengthening the presence of the frequencies of your spiritual system folks.

Would not doubt that this is what Obama wants to do with a lot of the infrastructure money he is wanting so bad on that jobs bill.

I am sure some in congress know this and why it is being fought against.

Don't think they've had these babies. London's had cameras all over the place but these can see, record, speak to you...much more invasive than just observing you.

Here is what I have to say to the people behind those cameras.....

Those red light ticket cameras are a bitch. I got one rolling a red light once. (I was in a hurry and traffic was coming.)

Ha ha... there's a camera on our hwy, I give the bird whenever I pass it.
