It takes about 1 1/2 to 2 months to completely remove it from your system, but you'll start having the best sleep you've ever experienced within about 3 to 4 days. Of course, there's a week or so of a constant groggy feeling because your body is now trying to adjust to the lack of a constant crutch for energy. |

Oh yeah. I had a full time night shift job during college and I drank at least 7 or 8 cups per night. Wish I knew what I know now about it. Yeah those headaches are a good indication of how much caffeine affects the body. My withdrawals (which have been many, thanks to my love for delicious coffee) always involved 2 days of severe headaches. |

The headaches from caffeine withdraw can last up to 12 days...the key is to cut down slowly...12 years ago when my whole staff walked out I was left to run one of my businesses all by myself...which i can do for a short time...but it involved lots of caffeine...so when qualified replacements were found, I began to slowly cut down and experienced no ill effects... Captain Spaulding User ID: 4841157 United States 11/07/2011 10:18 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I worked 10 hrs a day, 7 days a week (I LOVED my business) for 10 years. I had sleep problems. I limited caffeine to 2 cups of green tea in the morning. NEVER caffeinated soda's during the day unless I was tired. I'd either do what one here says and just put up with a restless night. I used to read myself to sleep but it didn't always work. Benadryl has a reverse action with me, makes me more anxious and feeling horrible. The only thing that ALWAYS worked was a single *toke* about an hour before bed. Now I'm in the Phoenix area and because of a lot of (pretty heavy) losses I've been depressed and in an uncomfortable situation. The doctors here have (I've tried for 2 years) no interest in healing. Period. All they want is to figure out which anti-depressant and/or sleep aid to put you on. It's crazy and a slap in the face with the big pharm conspiracy. They (psych's, therapists, gp's) have no interest in giving you tools to help heal you. ONLY which meds to get you hooked on. I tried 2 different ones and they left me worse off with crazy thoughts and out of control emotions. I wished I never tried them. POINT! MD's here have no interest in healing, just medicating. I go to a group meeting and we all (about 15 of us) agree on that issue. But Arizona is 2nd from the bottom of the country in mental health care. And in the bottom half for medical care. That works out to put it in the bottom 10 per cent of 191 countries for health care quality. No doctors anymore. Just Nurse Practitioners, who are heavily lacking in skills. I could write a book on my experiences here. (But I'll be gone from here soon anyway, good riddance). Doctors used to be healers first, businessmen 2nd. Not any more. |

Not a good answer. it depends when you pulled it from the plant. the earlier the harvest, the more uppy the high will be. the later you harvest, the more stoning the 'high' will be |

Bass goes everywhere and at a distance or at some point you can not even tell that that is what it is anymore... Put your head on the pillow, expect quiet and then begin to hear it coming up through the floor through the bed frame, through the mattress, through the pillow and into your head... It is the bass... Rap sucks. |
