Just want to say that real men and women do not deal with affidavits so write up your own letter of acceptance . there is a great example at [ link to robcourtofrecord.wordpress.com] check out all the info there. there are even example and stories of other people that have done this. Especially Kitty's story of how it saved her with just hours from foreclosure. Been following Robs emails. Pretty sound logic.
