In response from any of the "people" who didn't get a birth certificate?
Quoting: Anonymous Coward 9414469 I don't - just another question: What about the Mennonite community. Do they get birth certificates? The ones around here do not drive, have the electricity lines disconnected from their homes, grow their own food, don't drive ... etc., etc. But I've honestly never thought about wheter they have Birth Certs, or SIN#s and the like.
