Given the uptick in nervous movement as soon as she started into her prepared diatribe regarding the supposed incident, I would have to say that she is lying to some degree.

Something may have happened that night, but I'm relatively confident it is not as she says.

Unfortunately, this is the perfect allegation to make to unseat any polititician. No witnesses, nothing to corroborate (except two lame "statements" without any alleging details), and there you have it. Regardless of the facts, the sheep will react accordingly and the damage will be done no matter what Cain says (barring a complete outing of this woman, which I'm pretty confident they have that tied down to such an extent it will be very difficult to pursue)
