if the two witnesses are indeed here, then the world is meant to be ignorant, as god said they would be, who would you say are canidates for the witnesses?

The Old and New Testament

The Two Witnesses are a type and shadow of Joshua and Zerubabel. The Account is in Zecheriah 3 and 4 and in the book of Haggai. Joshua was priest Zerubabel was Governor in line to be king. They lead the people who came out of Babylonian captivity and rebuilt the temple.
This is what the 2 witnesses stand for they are the picture of the true Christian believer as kings and priest, The Royal priesthood. Zerubabel measured the city, the end time body of Christians also measure the city, which is the church.

Rev 1:6 And hath made us kings and priests unto God and his Father; to him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.

The seven eyes of the Lord runing to and fro looking for the true Christians who's hearts are perfect towards God.

2Ch 16:9 For the eyes of the LORD run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to shew himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward him. Herein thou hast done foolishly: therefore from henceforth thou shalt have wars.

Rev 11:4 These are the two olive trees, and the two candlesticks standing before the God of the earth.
Zec 4:9 The hands of Zerubbabel have laid the foundation of this house; his hands shall also finish it; and thou shalt know that the LORD of hosts hath sent me unto you.

Zec 4:10 For who hath despised the day of small things? for they shall rejoice, and shall see the plummet in the hand of Zerubbabel with those seven; they are the eyes of the LORD, which run to and fro through the whole earth.

The 2 witnesses are the true Christians mediating as priests and excersicing judgement as kings. This comes at the time when there is no judgement in the house of God, during the time of great apostasy. That would be now.

There are so many threads regarding the "two witnesses" but I am still confused. Can someone please summarize what the two witnesses are and what it means specifically?

I try to read the other threads to learn on my own, but they are full of Bible language that I cannot comprehend.

Simply put.

"IF" you believe the book of revelation in the bible. There is going to be two end time witnesses that are hated by the whole world. The two witnesses are :

The prophet of YAH, EliYahu. His name means YAH is ELI[God].

The prophet of YAH, Elisha. His name means Eli[God] is savior.

If you combine their names, you get YAH-SHA OR YAHU-SHUAH, WHICH HAPPENS TO BE THE NAME AND TESTIMONY OF THE REDEEMER, THE SON OF ELI [GOD] WHO WAS HUNG ON THE CROSS.

YAH-SHUAH MEANS "YAH IS SAVIOR".

THE TWO WITNESSES TESTIFY TO THE FATHER, YAH, AND THE SON, YAHUSHUA.

The problem is that the religion of anti-christ, christianity, is the prevailing worldwide false religion.

The two witnesses don't acknowledge the name jesus, and they condemn christianity as paganism and satanism.

The christians manage to have the two witnesses killed over christmas. On the 22nd of Dec.
The world celebrates christmas as they lay dead in the street.
they rise from death on the 26th.

The christians will believe satan, come as oral roberts back from the dead. He is cast out of heaven. A televangelist named prince gives power to satan to speak via his "image" on TV.

The problem is EliYah and Elisha know about the kingdom of heaven, but they won't talk about it, because Yahushau said it is not for the humans to know.

The worst of the christians may have already been taken by ther time all this happens. They call it a rapture.but it is a lie. Yahushuah will come with angels, and take them away, and bundle them up and throw them into the lake of fire. it is called the harvest of the tares.
The christians have a spirit of strong delusion. they have everybody ignoring the harvest of the tares taught by YAHUSHUAH, AND THEY TEACH A RAPTURE DOCTRINE OF DEMONS.

Long story short, the two witnesses of YAH will be called the beast and false prophet. And the beast and false prophet will be called EliYahu and Elisha.

People will call the harvest of the tares to hell, a rapture.

Christians are prevailing, but they will not prevail in the end.

The two witnesses' purpose for being on the earth at this time, was to be a testimony against Satan, the Antichrist. By doing this, they are also a witness to God's elect, of His Word. When this testimony is over, Satan the Antichrist will rise up and kill both of them.

The Law & Prophets, same thing.

The two witnesses comes from the book of Revelation chapter 11 where we are told AFTER 1260 days the two witnesses will prophesy.

This is all symbolic language as these "two witnesses" are further called "candlesticks".

The key to understand the thing is the 1260 days.

Prophetic time is a symbol day = year. This period was fulfilled already in the dark ages of Rome culminating with Napoleon's French Revolution. After this time the Bible went to all the world.

The 2 witnesses are 2 people because they are going to be killed and rised back to life again. Their bodies lay in the street of Jerusalem. Who has bodies? Humans do. The 2 witnesses will be here during the tribulation, not now.

I met a man in Israel in 1998 who was like no one I had met before. He told me how YESHUA told him HE was sending him to Israel. And by this sign he would know that it was God. His wife would conceive twins and one would die in the womb. The other would be born on the 1st day of Hanukah. A year and ½ later his wife conceived and had a miscarriage. When she when to the doctor she was told she was still pregnant. On the 1st night of Hanukah his son was born.
This man told me how God told him to call the priminister of Israel and tell him if he gave away anymore of his brothers land God was going to strike him down. Rabin signed the treaty and land was given to the PA. Within a month of the call Rabin was shot down by someone unknown to this man. God fulfilled the prophecy.
This man came to Israel and like I said there was something different about him. His eyes were full of light and love. I felt as if I knew him all my life.
I went to red sea with him and others in the car. It started to pour coming back the man prayed and the storm stopped. There wasn’t a cloud in the sky. The muslim young man who was driving us was quiet the entire remaining 2 hours back to Jerusalem. The next morning the young man came to our hotel with his uncle and father asking that the man come to his grandfather. I went and then I watched a man with gangrene feet get healed by the words this man spoke. He told the man to stay off his feet for three days and God would heal it. We went to up north to and when we returned three days later the man and his family were at the hotel and his feet were completely healed.
After that day in the car when the rain stopped it was the longest draught Israel faced in a very long time. For three and a half years the rain didn’t fall. The lake went down to dangerous levels. It was unsafe to swim in it. Wells were running dry thru out the area.
I asked this man who he was. Was he a prophet. He replied I am a servant of God. I asked him again are you Elijah. He replied I am a servant of God. Others asked are you one of the witnesses. He replied I am a servant of the most high God. Never did this man claim anything for himself.
I watched this man speak at the western wall. I heard it in English, others with us heard it in Arabic, a language spoken in a village in Kenya and in Hebrew. It was powerful the entire crowd turned and was silent they parted as he left. He told them that righteousness comes from God alone. That their begging for money was making this place of pray a house of prostitution.

I witnessed this man on many trips he took to Israel. Each time people were healed and came to faith.
He last trip he told us he wouldn’t be back until after the fighting. We were all like what fighting what are you talking about. A few months later the infata started.
If anyone fulfills the description of one of the witnesses it is he.

I look forward to seeing him again and the other person that will return to the land with him.

I don't know if anyone will ever belive me or not but the fact is that i am one of these 2 witnesses! I know a lot of things but i don't know if it would do any good to tell you any thing because i have told many people over the years many things and it never seems to do any good because they already have their minds made up as to what they want to belive and so therefore it's just a wast of time trying to tell them anything! There are 2 different parts to it the first one is in red print and the other is in black print.
I wrote the black one first starting on July 5, 2004 and then i wrote the red part after the election!

The two witnesses HAVE NOT COME YET.
