Pics of the screen of the phone, please...

As I stated in my initial message, there will be many who will not believe me because I would not be able to provide links or pictures of the message on my phone. I am currently at work and the only camera I have is the one on my cell phone. do you have a mirror...? Iphones can do screen shots, maybe Google quickly to see if you can get a screen shot of yours? Someone did post a link above to another person who took a pic of their message... I've looked through Google and have tried a few suggestions with no luck so far. Thank you for the suggestion; I'll keep trying. There seems to be others reporting that they are seeing the same messages. What I found to be strange was the message information after stating it was a "Test".
