I lived in SW for years and always followed the weather, I've never seen articles like this ahead of a storm. I did go to kusko.net which is a good weather site for that area, and indeed you can see the low pressure systems. I just texted my friend there to ask if anything is happening yet.

It's very weird that this storm is making all the news, normally no one gives a damn when there are storms out there as the population is so small.
