The FEMA/FCC test conducted on 11/9/11 was a frequency activation code of various programs placed into the subconscious of people via chips, vaccines, food & water additives, chemtrails & morgellons, etc. Next, people will be activated consciously by key words or phrases that they hear randomly through their media outlets.
