I don't have money to buy online products which claim to decalcify or activate the pineal gland, so what other ways are there?

You can also get some magnesium capsules and manganese capsules, but be ready when you take these, they will leach the fluoride out of your bones - you'll have some rather bad body odor for a couple of weeks to a month as you purge it. It's also a good idea to eat raw cilantro (about 1/2 a cup) every couple of weeks to purge the aluminum as well. Good luck to you op.
